Please re-install it.A1-2：Panel installation is not vertical. Please loosen the front and rear panel threading screws, re-adjust the position and lock the screws.Q2: Why is the latch bolt not extended or retracted properly?A2: Because the key was not removed during installation. Remove the key and re-install it.Q3: The latch bolt can be extended normally, but why cannot the door be locked?A3: Because of the door sill on the grommet and the locking dislocation.
